What if I can't make both Mondays and Thursdays each week?
No worries, we know you're busy. If you let us know when you'll be out, or if only one of those days works for you, we can work around your student's availability. If they want to be involved, then we want them to be there! Even if it's not every class.
Can I wait to sign up for Frozen Jr or do I have to do it now?
You can wait if that's better! Sign up for A Seussified Christmas Carol now (it's going to be a blast) and then you can decide about Frozen Jr later. We just wanted to have the discount package available for people who already knew that's what they wanted to do.
Does everyone in the class have to be in the show?
Everyone in the class gets to participate. It's ok if they're nervous; by the time we get to the show, they're going to be so ready. We promise they'll have a good time. And the auditions are a great experience, because they'll get to be in the show no matter what. Auditions simply decide who does what part. So it's an excellent low-pressure experience.

Fall Semester:
A Seussified Christmas Carol

A whimsical reinvention of Dickens' most beloved Christmas story in wacky rhymed couplets. With zoot fruited juices and binka bird geese, from Bed-Headed Fred to Timmy Loo Hoo, this tale of glorious holiday cheer is similar to something Dr. Seuss might have come up with -- if he ever had his way with the story...
Class starts September 18th
Class held each Monday/Thursday 4:30-6:00pm at Cultivate 7Twelve
Class will be off the week of Thanksgiving
Performances December 2-3
Cost: $175
Throughout the class, students will have the opportunity to hone their acting skills, learn confidence onstage, learn how to prepare for an audition, get to participate in behind-the-scenes aspects of producing a show, and ultimately perform an amazing Christmas play.
Spring Semester:
Frozen Jr.
​
A story of true love and acceptance between sisters, Frozen JR. expands upon the emotional relationship and journey between Princesses Anna and Elsa. When faced with danger, the two discover their hidden potential and the powerful bond of sisterhood. With a cast of beloved characters and loaded with magic, adventure, and plenty of humor, Frozen JR. is sure to thaw even the coldest heart!
Class starts January 15th
Class held each Monday/Thursday 4:30-6:00pm at Cultivate 7Twelve
Class will be off the week of Spring Break
Performances March 23-24
Cost: $175
Throughout the class, students will have the opportunity to hone their acting and dancing skills, learn confidence onstage, learn how to prepare an audition song, get to participate in behind-the-scenes aspects of producing a show, and ultimately perform an iconic musical.
Cost for Both: $275

All students enrolled in class will be cast in the show

Playwriting Class
​
6 sessions over 3 weeks
Monday/Thursday 6:30-8:00pm
Starting October 16
Cultivate 7Twelve (712 Austin Ave.)
Cost: $75
​
In only 3 weeks, learn about character development, narrative tension, plot development, and the art of the ending.
​
Every participant, by the end of the class, will have written a 10-minute play.
​
The plays will be performed in a showcase, fully produced, Sunday, November 12.
